DESCRIPTION

Heifer rearing barn providing a post-weaning bedded pack and sand bedded freestalls for heifers from 3-4 months of age in 7 age groups. Stalls perpendicular to drive-by feeding bunk, with 2 stall alleys per group for heifer movement during cleaning. Prefresh heifers have access to pasture from one end of the building. A bedded pack area is used for calving heifers.
